Welcome to the West Essex P.B.A.'s homepage.  Local #81 is comprised of seven separate police departments.  They are the Caldwell , Cedar Grove , Essex Fells , Fairfield , North Caldwell, Roseland and West Caldwell.  All seven municipalities are located in the western portion of Essex County, New Jersey.
